CNN’s SF bureau moving to Silicon Valley

There will be no staffing changes but the cable network’s small contingent of producers and reporters here will be working out of new digs in the South Bay as of Feb. 1, a CNN spokesman tells blogger Rich Lieberman.

Add CNN: TV Newser says it’s largely a nomenclature change. Although the bureau will redeploy as the Silicon Valley bureau, it will still cover breaking news in and around San Francisco.
