An America’s Cup view to pay (a bunch) for

Thursday, May 12, 2011

image How’s this for marketing a yacht race two years in advance? JMA Ventures owns Fairmont Heritage Place at Ghirardelli Square, which just happens to look out across Aquatic Park toward the finish line of the 2013 America’s Cup race course.

Add: The offer? Buy a 1/10 fractional ownership share of a one or two bedroom unit before the end of the year and lock in lodging for up to 14 days during the regatta, says the San Francisco Business Times. The cost: $208,000 for a two-bedroom, $158,000 for a single.
