The former chief photographer at the Marin Independent Journal, who spent 35 years at the newspaper from when he began straight out of College of San Francisco in 1954, died April 30 of an apparent heart attack. A memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. May 14 at Thanksgiving Lutheran Church in Santa Rosa. Obituary: Marin IJ
