Turns out one of the principals in that dirty tricks effort by Facebook in hiring PR firm Burson-Marsteller to plant negative stories about Google involves former Silicon Valley journo Jim Goldman. The former CNBC anchor, who joined the public relations giant a year ago, worked as CNBC’s correspondent in Silicon Valley for seven years. TV Newser has details.
