Herrera gets the WSJ frontrunner treatment

Thursday, May 26, 2011

image Dennis Herrera gets lit up positively in today’s Bay Area edition of the Wall Street Journal as the frontrunner in the mayor’s race mainly based on his role in the city’s 2008 same-sex marriage lawsuit. The piece includes this quote that money can’t buy from former U. S. Solicitor General and gay-marriage advocate Theodore B. Olson:

"This will sound bad, but he didn't strike me as a politician. He just struck me as a conscientious public servant."
