Remember convicted airplane stalker Tom Huey, sent to jail last year for repeatedly buzzing low over his ex-girlfriend’s home in Concord? He’s apparently out of jail and the Claycord blog cites a source close to the case as saying he wants to modify his probation so that he can fly over the woman’s Canterbury Village subdivision again.
Add: The argument? That the state doesn’t have jurisdiction over federal airspace, Claycord says.
