AP says the jury in the triple-murder trial of former Your Black Muslim Bakery leader Yusuf Bey IV (pictured) and associate Antoine Mackey has asked that some of the testimony of confessed gunman Devaughndre Broussard be re-read. He’s the confessed shooter of Oakland journalist Chauncey Bailey who says that Bey IV ordered the killing, along with two others.
Add: The jury wanted to re-hear Broussard’s testimony that Mackey was the gunman in one of the other two killings in which the pair is accused, that of Michael Wills.
Noted: The jury has been deliberating since May 23.
