KTVU’s Rita Williams was named Chris Harris Reporter of the Year at the AP Television and Radio Association’s Mark Twain Awards over the weekend in Anaheim. Among the other Bay Area nominees for the award were Julie Watts at CBS 5 and former CBS 5 reporter John Lobertini, who’s now at Fox 40 in Sacramento.
