Both the 49ers’ Jed York and the Raiders’ Amy Trask have confirmed what has been suspected and the NFL has been encouraging for months: the two franchises are talking about possibly sharing a new football stadium. Each came out and said so late Monday at an NFL event in Los Angeles, the Chronicle’s Vittorio Tafur says.
