Mark Lugo’s attorney almost makes it sound like the art gallery ought to be grateful that a Picasso drawing was snatched from its wall. “This sketch is probably worth more to the Weinstein Gallery now than it was last week,” lawyer Douglas Horngrad is quoted by The Bay Citizen after a brief afternoon court appearance.
