Brown-nose alert: A’s owner Lew Wolff, whose designs on moving the team to San Jose are hugely dependent on a nod from baseball commissioner Bud Selig, has risen to defend Selig’s honor in the sad sack drama involving the Dodgers. The LA Times says that Wolff, who lives in Los Angeles, has become the first MLB owner to call on Frank McCourt to sell the Dodgers. But here’s the fun part.
