Especially considering that Dmitry Rybolovlev, 44, the world’s 79th richest man, has no known ties to California and the Sansome Street address that the lieutenant governor’s people listed for Rybolovlev in disclosing the gift turns out to be a travel agency where apparently nobody knows anything about the guy.Add: It makes for a curious yarn, even if only to illustrate that if you’re a politician, all kinds of people tend to give you stuff.
