Key witness to Bryan Stow beating dies suddenly

Bizarre story gets stranger. The LA Times is reporting that Matthew Lee, a key witness in the Bryan Stow beating case who was with Stow at Dodger Stadium the night the Giants fan was beaten to near death, has died. He’s said to have died Sunday from an allergic reaction to eating nuts, although the coroner hasn’t determined the cause of death. The LAT says LAPD detectives are trying to find additional Giants fans from the Bay Area who were assaulted by the two new suspects arrested in the case.
