Is the electronic town hall thing starting to wear thin? First it was Twitter (January), then Facebook (April) and now, on Monday, President Obama is doing one at Mountain View’s LinkedIn. It’s being packaged and sold like a TV special: “Putting America Back to Work: LinkedIn Presents a Town Hall with President Obama.”
Noted: As with his recent Bay Area jaunts, this one is the “public” portion of the trip. The main agenda, as before: private campaign events at the homes of big money donors, like the one (below) in Woodside last February.
