BofA can’t get its story straight on outage

imageBank of America’s online banking went down Friday, a day after it announced a new $5 monthly fee for debit card use. Bad enough. But the bank has spent the better part of three days compounding the problem by insisting—falsely—that operations were fully restored, even as they persist this morning.

Noted: The bank insists it hasn’t been hacked. True or not, good luck getting anyone to believe it.
