BofA stiff arms questions about its online problems

Wednesday, October 5, 2011

Bank of America’s online banking has been disrupted since last Friday, the day after it imageannounced new $5 monthly fees for debit card use. Since then, other than to insist it wasn’t hacked and to issue several false status updates, the bank isn’t saying much.

Noted: Today is day six of the problem and AP says the bank declines to say what’s causing it or how many customers are affected.
