Raiders. The team wasted no time over the weekend insisting that the Raiders will remain under Davis family control. The Chronicle’s Vittorio Tafur says today that Mark Davis will search for a director of football operations or general manager, or possibly both and that first-year coach Hue Jackson will make personnel decisions for the time being.
