Robert Mondavi’s estate back on the market, for a lot less

Friday, October 7, 2011

imageAnother sign of the real estate squeeze at the high end: the late wine legend Robert Mondavi’s Napa Valley estate that landed on the market last May for $25 million before being pulled, is back on the block. This time they’re asking $13.9 million, Curbed SF says.

Noted: Amenities include a 50-foot indoor pool (pictured), and, of course, an underground wine cellar.
