Least boring City Council meeting ever: the one last week in San Fernando (LA County)? After disclosing that he’d filed for bankruptcy, and with his wife seated in the front row, Mayor Mario Hernandez publicly dropped this stunner:
"I'd like to put out there, to squash the rumors, that yes, I have been in a relationship with Councilwoman (Maribel) De La Torre.”
