Facebook settles, minus even a spanking

So much for wrist slaps. Facebook is settling with imagethe Federal Trade Commission over charges that it deceived consumers by telling them since, oh, at least 2009, that they could keep the info they share private, and then making it public anyway. And here’s graph #8 of AP’s story:

Facebook isn't paying anything to settle the case, though future violations could lead to civil fines.
