On its first official day without media blogger Jim Romenesko, Poynter’s Julie Moos (pictured) blogs one of those “as you may have noticed” posts, saying the Romenesko blog will now be known as The MediaWire. Judging from early responses, Poynter isn’t getting a lot of love. Samples:

- “How do I unsubscribe from your emailings? Can't find the link.”
- “And in other headlines, the "RMS Titanic" has been rechristened "SuperBoat 3000"!”
