Looks like the loneliest office building in San Francisco will be a little less so. The Pac 12 Conference has signed a lease for 70,000 square feet of space at 370 Third Street in the South of Market district, where the only tenant is CSNSportsNet, San Francisco Business Times says. (CSN uses only about 9 percent of the space.) It will apparently be a media hub. The conference headquarters is staying in Walnut Creek.
