‘The Tree of Life’ chosen Best Picture by SF film critics

image“The Tree of Life” was named Best Picture of 2011 by the San Francisco Film Critics Circle on Sunday, which also chose the film’s Terrence Malick as Best Director and Emmanuel Lubeszki for Best Cinematography. The panel of 31 Bay Area film critics chose Tilda Swinton as Best Actress for her work in “We Need to Talk about Kevin,” and Gary Oldman as Best Actor for his role in “Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.” Complete list here.
