USC study moves up doomsday for newspapers

Thursday, December 15, 2011

For those who can’t get enough about the demise imageof newspapers, the USC Annenberg Center has a new study out predicting that most print newspapers will be dead within five years. Only four major papers make its survival list: New York Times, USA Today, Washington Post, Wall Street Street Journal.

Noted: You can find the link in this LA Weekly story, which conveniently pulls this quote from the folks at Annenberg: “At the other extreme, local weekly newspapers may still survive.”
