After failing to acquire Tyson Chandler, Chris Paul or DeAndre Jordan, the Warriors fork over $7 million on a one-year contract for a big man who’s been a certified bust since he entered the league as a once-upon-a-time overall No. 1 pick. Last year, his best as a professional, in Charlotte, Brown averaged 7.9 points and 6.8 rebounds. Unless I have my math wrong, that means there’s $16 million in salary between Brown and fellow center Andris Biedrins.
