More trouble for San Ramon-based Chevron over last November’s colossal oil spill off the Brazilian coast that got less attention here than a Lindsay Lohan court appearance. Reuters is reporting that besides a pending $11 billion civil lawsuit in the works, a Brazilian prosecutor is getting ready to file criminal charges against Chevron and some of its managers, including George Buck, CEO of its Brazil unit.
