imageIf newspapers were cruise ships the San Diego Union-Tribune’s new private equity owners should be signing up for boating lessons right about now. The Voice of San Diego’s Rob Davis details some of the early blunders since hotel magnate Doug Manchester took over two months ago with the notion of turning the U-T into the journalism equivalent of a McDonald’s Happy Meal.
