Some letters to the editor are just too good to pass unnoticed, like this one from Scott McKinzie in Berkeley published in the Chronicle yesterday:
So, Willie Brown was the one who detained President Clinton at his biggest fundraiser! And Willie Brown was staying one floor below Whitney Houston on the day she died! And Willie Brown was with Tony Bennett at the 50th anniversary celebration of "I Left My Heart in San Francisco"?
Might he add to his incomparable resume with the starring role in the autobiographical pic, "Forrest Gump II"?
Noted: And he’s referring to a single column, mind you.
