ESPN is reporting that the Magic has reached out to the Warriors about a trade for Monta Ellis as part of the effort to keep superstar Dwight Howard content in Orlando once he enters free agency next season. (Howard has often said he’d like to play with Ellis.) Which is ironic, since the Warriors were willing to send Ellis to Orlando earlier in the season if it would have helped them land Howard.
