California Watch unveils a children’s section

California Watch, the flagship entity of the Center for Investigative Reporting that’s about to include The Bay Citizen, has unveiled its own children’s section, or, as it’s calling it, the Junior Watchdogs section. It comes with its own mascot, Sunny the California Watchdog.
