
The Ross Mirkarimi circus has officially moved to a new tent, now that the Ethics Commission has begun to do it’s thing to determine whether the suspended sheriff should lose his job. That’s once the panel figures out how to go about it, which consumed much of yesterday’s opening session. The process is expected to drag on for months. Meanwhile, the deck seems stacked against Mirkarimi. He isn’t being paid, and his legal bills are piling up.
