  • Weather over the ocean delayed the restored USS Iowa’s scheduled towing Sunday from Richmond to Los Angeles, where it will become a floating museum. Chronicle
  • An Ethiopian woman, Mamito Daska, 28, won the overall Bay to Breakers race with a time of 39 minutes, 2.4 seconds Sunday. Contra Costa Times
