Nadia Lockyer seeks restraining order; ex-lover makes lurid charges

Nadia Lockyer may have resigned as an Alameda County supervisor, but the drama continues. She’s obtained a restraining order against ex-lover Steven Chikhani, claiming he’s barraging her with emails, texts and phone calls. Meanwhile, Chikhani tells the Mercury News it isn’t true, and in a lengthy interview with Josh Richman says that Lockyer had sex with him twice after their now notorious Feb. 3 altercation at a Newark hotel. He even sent the newspaper a couple of links to two brief, undated photos of  “Lockyer engaged in sexual foreplay.” Chikhani, a recovering meth user, also says that Lockyer was a meth user.
