POTUS books a trio of Silicon Valley campaign hauls

Thursday, May 3, 2012

Another of President Obama’s $35,800-per-person dinners for the rich and powerful is in the offing for the Bay Area. He’ll be collecting campaign funds at the home of software company founder Doug Goldman (the son of Levi Strauss heirs Richard and Rhoda Goldman) in Atherton May 23. That’s after a campaign roundtable in Palo Alto focused on the Asian American/Pacific Islander community the same day. It’s also $35,800 a head. There’s a lower-priced rally at the Fox Theater in Redwood City that night. Political Blotter
