In Los Angeles, they’re smitten by Kings

Thursday, June 14, 2012

Mike RichardsDown in Los Angeles the Kings get a parade today after winning the Stanley Cup. They hoisted it Monday night at Staples Center and judging from not-easily-impressed LA Times columnist Bill Plaschke, it was a stand-alone sports moment in a city whose name and the words Stanley Cup seem odd in the same sentence.
