In Marin, a $4.2 million tear down

That’s what Clark and Sharon Winslow paid for the house next door to their $19-million estate in tony Belvedere. The Marin IJ’s Will Jason says the house was blocking the couple’s view of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge. They replaced it with trees and shrubs. Real estate broker Olivia Hsu Decker is quoted as saying: "The house was pretty beat up anyway.”
