We have a winner. That’s ever-alert state Sen. Leland Yee of San Francisco. He quickly issued a statement this morning after news of the Aurora theater massacre broke. His bill, SB249, would tighten the state’s already-stringent assault weapons ban. [Hat tip: Political Blotter]
