Today’s developments on the Ross Mirkarimi front:
- The Ethics Commission has decided not to subpoena four witnesses that the suspended sheriff’s attorneys say could prove Mayor Ed Lee perjured himself before the commission last week.
- A judge this morning lifted the stay-away order in effect since March 25 that prevented the sheriff and his wife, Eliana Lopez from seeing each other. They appeared briefly before cameras, before leaving the Hall of Justice together.
