President Obama’s next Bay Area fundraiser July 23 will be in the East Bay. He’s booked for a high-roller dinner at the Piedmont home of real estate developer Wayne Jordan and attorney wife Quinn Delaney (presumably the usual $38,600 a head), preceded by a less-pricey reception at Oakland’s Fox Theater.
