$4 gas arrives in warp speed after refinery fire

That didn’t take long. Average gasoline prices in the Bay Area have poked through the $4-a-gallon mark, four days after Chevron’s Richmond refinery fire. That’s according to a survey today by GasBuddy, the online site. George Avalos writes about it at the Contra Costa Times.
