‘America’s Cup crowds calm Larry Ellison’: Feel better now?

Update on Oracle CEO Larry Ellison’s state of mind after an estimated 40,000 spectators watched preliminary racing Sunday: It apparently left him calmed. And that’s after the hissy fit that Chronicle columnist C. W. Nevius describes Ellison as pitching barely a month ago, when he was “so angry” that he threatened not to defend America’s Cup in San Francisco in the future—should his racing team win in 2013.
