AP on San Francisco ballot measure and Yosemite’s ‘Lost Valley’

AP has a curtain-raiser about the November ballot measure in which San Francisco voters will be asked to say yes or no on whether to study alternatives to Yosemite’s Hetch Hetchy Reservoir as a source for its water.
