CNN’s Piers Morgan pulls the old ‘empty chair’ stunt

After Todd Akin—the Missouri congressman and U. S. Senate candidate radioactive from his “legitimate rape” comment—cancels as a guest, CNN’s Piers Morgan begins his show to air tonight with the old empty chair cliché. Not to worry, the bit only lasts about a minute, before some real guests turn up. The term Morgan uses to describe the congressman, and that gets snipped in the YouTube video, is “gutless little twerp.” Very classy.
