The actor-comedian was in Livermore for a Wednesday night gig at the Wente Winery with his bluegrass band and raised a few local eyebrows lampooning Pleasanton (while posting this photo) for its low crime and tranquility. “Just about to turn noon in Pleasanton and so far, two armed robberies, one garbage truck mishap, and two births of devil’s spawn,” he tweeted.A Pleasanton Patch reporter happened upon Martin at an outdoor eatery but couldn’t get him to talk to her. Which was a bit strange, considering another of Martin’s tweets: “The paparazzi in Pleasanton is driving me crazy. There are NONE here.”
