California geoquiz: Where’s lowest unemployment?

California’s jobless rate was 10.6 percent in August, down from 11.9 percent a year ago. But one county has the lowest unemployment, hands down. Which one?

Marin, at 6.3 percent in August. That’s down four-tenths of a percent from July.
