Comcast to ship 1,000 call center jobs from California

Tuesday, September 25, 2012

Got a beef with Comcast? The cable company is about to become more remote. It’s closing all three of its California call centers—in Livermore, Morgan Hill and Sacramento—and packing 1,000 jobs off to Portland, Seattle and Denver. Workers were notified this morning.
