Judge grants Nadia Lockyer visitation rights with her son

Monday, September 10, 2012

A judge in Orange County this morning granted troubled former Alameda County supervisor Nadia Lockyer, arrested two weeks ago on meth charges, visitation rights with her 9-year-old son. The estranged wife of state treasurer Bill Lockyer is back in drug rehab, a condition of her being freed on bail after her arrest in the city of Orange Aug. 28 for meth possession and child endangerment. The couple’s son has been with his father in Hayward since Nadia Lockyer’s arrest. This morning’s order grants her visitation and telephone calls after Bill Lockyer agreed to the provision. AP
