  • Attorneys for Ross Mirkarimi have garnered sworn statements from Aaron Peskin and Debra Walker in a bid to persuade the Board of Supervisors to investigate whether Mayor Ed Lee lied to the Ethics Commission while seeking the suspended sheriff’s ouster. Chronicle
