Anderson Cooper’s daytime talk show strikes out

Anderson Cooper during a taping of his show Anderson Cooper’s daily syndicated talk show—self-affectionately called Anderson—won’t be renewed after next summer, the syndication arm of Warner Brothers studio announced. When it began, the show was widely expected to launch the CNN host as a daytime star. Instead, it has turned out to be a garden variety couch show that’s likely only diminished Cooper’s stature as a news personality. Media DeCoder
