Now that his estranged wife is facing meth charges, state treasurer Bill Lockyer’s chances of getting the next job he wants, heading the Cal State system, could be imperiled. That’s the take from Bloomberg Businessweek, which notes that the 71-year-old Lockyer still has a $2.4 million campaign war chest, if he wants to stay in the political arena.
